Noah One Month

Noah had his one month check-up appointment today and what a chunk!!! He weighed in at 11 pounds-a nearly 3 pound gain in just a month! He also measured 21.5 inches long. So Noah is obviously eating well! He had one little poke for his hepatitis b booster. We go back in a month!

Max

Today was Max's two-year doctor appointment. I can't believe my little man will be two next week! Doogie (that is what we call Max's doctor since he is a young guy and acts like a kid himself) said that Max is right on track developmentally and doesn't need to be seen for another year! Max weighed in at 26 pounds, which is the 25th percentile, and is 34.5 inches tall, 50th percentile. So he has been consistent in his growth! Doogie called Max a rockstar and was super impressed! Yay Max!

First Doctor Appointment

Noah had his first doctor appointment today and passed with flying colors! He has gained an ounce since his hospital release and now weighs in at 8 pounds and 5 ounces. He is measuring in at the 50th percentile for weight and length. Everything else checked out too, like his blood work and physical exam, so unless we have an issue we don't have to go back until he is one month old- it will be here before we know it!

Going Home

After a crazy day, Noah was finally released to go home tonight! We got home around 10:00, had a feeding, got Leah back to bed, changed Max's diaper and fed Noah again all by 11:45! Not bad for our first night home!

He is here!

Noah Thomas Naylor arrived this morning at 11:20 after just 1.5 hours! He is 8 lbs and 12 oz and is 21 inches long! We are all doing well!
